Getting into real estate has been the best decision I've ever made for myself and my family but man oh man was that first year crazy! It felt like I was given my license and then thrown into the wild. There was no structure or hands on training like what I was used to in a 9 to 5. It's a competitive industry and successful realtors are busy so it can be quite difficult to find help. But now after a few years under my belt, ups and downs, I want to pass it forward.
